On January 6th, the concentrated groundbreaking ceremony for major projects in the first quarter of 2022 in Lingao County was held at the site of the Beihui Green Building project in Jinjingang Industrial Park. Li Caihong, Executive Director of the County Party Committee, presided over the centralized construction ceremony, and Tang Shoubing, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Mayor, delivered a speech.

Tang County Mayor pointed out that since 2021, the whole county has adhered to the principle of "projects are king", firmly grasped investment, strengthened overall planning and scheduling, worked hard to overcome difficulties, organized centralized project construction on a regular basis, successfully completed construction tasks, and maintained a good economic operation situation.

It is reported that in 2022 (the first batch), the Hainan Free Trade Port construction project will concentrate on three units, including the Jinjin Port Industrial Park in Lingao County, Longqing Southeast Prefabricated Digital Industry Base Project, Beihui Green Building

Prefabricated Building Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Base Project, and Rainbow (Lingao) 36MW Agricultural Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project.
The total investment amount will exceed 1 billion, and the investment amount of 450 million will be completed by 2022. It covers various fields such as advanced manufacturing, modern agriculture, and modern service industry.
