On the morning of October 13th, the groundbreaking ceremony of Longqing Southeast (Hainan) Prefabricated Building Industry Project was held grandly at the Bohou Town project base in Jinjin Port, Lingao County. This marks that Longqing Southeast (Hainan) Company will take Jinjin Port as a new starting point, lead the ship of the prefabricated industry, set sail from here, and jointly build the future of prefabricated construction in Hainan.

Chief Engineer Lin Shihui and Director Lin Chongqin from the Hainan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, President Wu Dianling of the Hainan Heilongjiang Chamber of Commerce, Vice President Guo Qing of Zhejiang Southeast Grid Co., Ltd., Chairman Wang Xiaodong of Longqing Southeast (Hainan) Company, colleagues from all walks of life and all employees of the Chamber of Commerce attended the ceremony.

龙庆东南（海南）装配式建筑产业基地用地175亩、总投资额5.25亿元，将高起点、高标准全力打造装配式绿色建筑集成服务商。2021年底将完成一期64.86亩项目基础建设，投资额6000万（人民币），一期建成投产后，年产值2.57万吨，税收1170万元，拟定产区员工将有100余人。

At the groundbreaking ceremony, the chairman of the company, Wang Xiaodong, first delivered an important speech. He sincerely expressed his gratitude to the Hainan Provincial Department of Construction, the People's Government of Lingao County, the Hainan Heilongjiang Chamber of Commerce, and people from all walks of life for their high recognition and assistance to the Longqing Southeast Prefabricated Building Industry Project. He particularly thanked Zhejiang Southeast Grid Co., Ltd. for its strong support to the project. I firmly believe that with the support and assistance of our leaders and colleagues, we will "never forget our original intention and forge ahead" to contribute to the development of the prefabricated green building industry in Hainan Island, and strive to build an international steel structure enterprise with "high standards, high precision, and high requirements". Today we set sail from Jinjin Port in Lingao County, and tomorrow we will cover the prefabricated steel structure green building market in Hainan and radiate Southeast Asia.

In addition, Guo Qing, Vice President of Zhejiang Southeast Grid Co., Ltd., delivered a speech: firstly, he warmly congratulated Longqing Southeast Prefabricated Green Building Industry Base on the smooth start of construction. Secondly, he fully affirmed the construction and operation of Hainan Prefabricated Green Building Industry Base. The completion of the base will fully leverage Southeast Grid's brand, technology, management, and capital advantages, and create a one-stop solution and integrated services for prefabricated steel structure green buildings and BIPV photovoltaic buildings based in Hainan and Southeast Asia with high starting point, high standards, and high efficiency.

Finally, in the countdown of the host, Chairman Wang Xiaodong announced the start of the project, and the Longqing Southeast (Hainan) prefabricated building foundation project immediately sounded the alarm. The ready mechanical equipment and construction workers immediately set off a climax.
