Jointly build a new landmark in Hainan

The Hainan Center project is the former Haikou Twin Towers South Tower project, also known as the "Haikou Tower", the tallest building in Hainan. It is located on the D15 plot in the center of Dayingshan New City, New CBD District, Haikou City. It consists of a super high-rise tower, supporting buildings on both sides, and an underground garage. It is a comprehensive complex that integrates office, SOHO, hotel, sightseeing and other functions. The total construction area is 390057.70 square meters, including a 94 story high-rise building with a total height of 428 meters, two 4-story podium buildings, and a 4-story basement.

It is reported that the project will start from serving the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port. After completion, it will focus on attracting Fortune 500 companies, outward oriented enterprises, financial institutions, and foreign-related institutions in China to settle in, introducing international top luxury hotels, providing one-stop and all-round butler services, creating a hub for headquarters economy, modern service industry, and outward oriented economy, and building an important window for the domestic and international dual circulation intersection of the Free Trade Port.

As a participant in the construction of the Hainan Center project, Longqing Southeast has always adhered to the principle of "taking industry promotion as its own responsibility" and successfully passed the first piece acceptance of the steel structure of the Hainan Center project, laying the foundation for the smooth progress of the construction of the Hainan Center project.
