We are committed to building a prefabricated steel structure integrated service provider, export base and international settlement center based in Hainan, covering the whole country, and radiating to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa from a high starting point and high standards. The management center is located in the center of Haikou City, and the industrial base is located in Lingao Jinpai Port Development Zone, Hainan.
Southeast Grid was founded in 1984 and has always adhered to the market strategic positioning of technological innovation and "high precision and difficulty", becoming a creator of urban iconic buildings and a leader in green buildings; At the same time, it is also the only "low-carbon technology innovation and industrialization demonstration base for prefabricated steel structure residential buildings" awarded by the National Development and Reform Commission in China (and supported by 24 million yuan of national industrial funds) and the first batch of "national prefabricated building industry bases" by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development. More than 8000 high-quality engineering technologies have been accumulated throughout the country, with a complete set of green building technology systems and more than 300 national patent technologies with independent intellectual property rights. In 2021, it won the first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award.
The total planned land area of Longqing Southeast Industrial Base is 175 acres, with a planned construction area of over 80000 square meters and a total investment of 525 million yuan. It will be developed and constructed in two phases. In the first phase of Hainan, three first-class production lines and a paint waste gas treatment system were introduced for the first time. The Southeast Grid BIM+ERP information platform, MES digital manufacturing management system, and BIM-5D smart factory management system were fully introduced, and advanced technology and management methods were used to manage workshops, creating a digital industrial base for prefabricated buildings.
In the future, Longqing Southeast will take industrial promotion as its responsibility, fully leverage the complete technical system and EPC project management experience of Southeast Grid in various fields such as schools, hospitals, residential buildings, venues, hotel offices, and urban complexes, effectively promote the deep integration of construction industrialization and informatization, effectively promote digital intelligent manufacturing and lightweight BIM information platform, comprehensively promote the development of EPC engineering general contracting for prefabricated buildings, form an efficient and orderly digital production mode, and further promote the development of prefabricated construction industry.
