  In June 2022, the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Hainan Province released the "Development Plan for Prefabricated Building Industry in Hainan Province (2022-2030)", which clarifies that by 2030, the proportion of prefabricated building area in the newly built building area in the province will reach over 95%.
Against the backdrop of the national dual strategy of "developing prefabricated steel structure green buildings" and "building Hainan Free Trade Port", Longqing Southeast (Hainan) Green Building Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Longqing Southeast"), as a key enterprise in Hainan Gold Medal Port Prefabricated Industrial Park, is positioned as a "smart assembly and beautiful city service provider". Longqing Southeast is brave enough to undertake the transformation of the construction industry, and as a driving force for the future upward development of the city, it will promote urban upgrading and release the future productivity of the city.

On February 25th, in order to implement the deployment requirements of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Government, and the entire province's industrial and information technology fields, and ensure the smooth development of key industries in the free trade port, Liu Liwu, Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, led a team to visit the Longqing Southeast Prefabricated Building Digital Industry Base for research. Tang Shoubing, the county magistrate of Lingao County, and others accompanied the research.

Secretary Liu Liwu and his delegation went deep into the production workshop of Longqing Southeast to gain a detailed understanding of the production and operation of the Longqing Southeast Phase I project and the construction planning of the Phase II project, and consulted on the relevant bottlenecks and difficulties in the enterprise's production and operation.

Yu Dongjie, Executive Vice President of Longqing Southeast, comprehensively introduced the overall planning and layout of Longqing Southeast to the research team: the enterprise will be committed to building a prefabricated steel structure green building integration service provider, export base, and international settlement center based in Hainan, covering the Greater Bay Area, and radiating Southeast Asia with high starting points and high standards.
The enterprise will fully leverage the complete technical system and EPC engineering management practical experience of Southeast Grid in various fields such as schools, hospitals, residences, venues, hotel offices, and urban complexes, promote the deep integration and development of "industrialization and informatization" and "prefabricated buildings and BIM+BI-PV+EPC", and form an efficient and orderly digital production mode.
In the context of the national dual strategy, Longqing Southeast focuses on the development of prefabricated green buildings. Under the guidance and support of the government, we will fully focus on production and promote projects, effectively promote the sustainable and healthy development of Hainan's prefabricated green building industry, and lead the upgrading and transformation of the industry.
