On the afternoon of December 28th, Liu Pingzhi, a member of the Party Group of the Hainan Provincial Government and the full-time deputy leader of the Provincial Major Project Leading Group, led a team to visit and conduct research at the Longqing Southeast Lingao Gold Medal Port Prefabricated Industrial Base. Assistant to the Chairman of Longqing Southeast, Yu Dongjie, Vice President of Production Zhu Xiaowang, and heads of various centers (departments) of the company accompanied the inspection.

Mr. Yu provided a detailed introduction to the research team on Longqing Southeast's development plan, production and construction situation, enterprise positioning and development direction, major scientific research patent achievements, and high-quality projects. The company will build a prefabricated steel structure integration service provider based in Hainan, covering the Greater Bay Area, and radiating to Southeast Asia with a high starting point and high standards.
Liu Pingzhi and his team went deep into the production workshop to gain a detailed understanding of the production and operation of Longqing Southeast prefabricated steel structures, as well as the labor employment situation. I have gained a detailed understanding of the difficulties and problems that exist in the production and construction process, listened to the needs of the problems, helped the enterprise solve problems, boosted development confidence, and greatly affirmed the company's active absorption of local labor employment and vocational skills training.

During the survey, Liu Pingzhi highly praised Longqing Southeast's contribution to the development of green buildings and the construction of prefabricated industries in Hainan. Conveyed the instructions and directives of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government on the work of Lingao Gold Medal Port Development Zone, increased the publicity of prefabricated buildings, continuously improved the awareness and recognition of prefabricated buildings in the whole society, and strived to create a green and low-carbon building environment. Liu Pingzhi stressed that Hainan is at an important node of the "the Belt and Road" and the dual cycle. The development of green prefabricated buildings is not only a clear requirement of the CPC Central Committee, but also a need for the development of free trade ports. It is necessary to accelerate in-depth institutional innovation, increase the introduction of high-level scientific research talents, and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, so as to provide effective practical experience for the country to comprehensively deepen reform and expand opening up.
