After the meeting, both sides conducted on-site inspections and research in the production workshop of Longqing Southeast Lingao Gold Medal Port Industrial Park Industrial Base.
The total planned land area of Longqing Southeast Industrial Base is 175 acres, with a planned construction area of over 80000 square meters and a total investment of 525 million yuan. It will be developed and constructed in two phases. In the first phase of Hainan, first-class production lines were introduced for the first time, including box type automated production line, digital automatic H-beam production line, horizontal lightweight H-beam production line, environmentally friendly spraying production line, and steel truss floor support plate production line. The Southeast Grid BIM+ERP information platform, MES digital manufacturing management system, and BIM-5D intelligent site management system were fully introduced, and advanced technology and management methods were used to manage the workshop, creating a digital industrial base for prefabricated buildings. After conducting on-site inspections in the base workshop, the leaders highly praised Longqing Southeast's professional strength, efficient management, and market sensitivity in the field of steel structures, and fully recognized its outstanding achievements in technology research and development, market expansion, social responsibility, and other aspects.
