Recently, the Zhejiang Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2021 Zhejiang Province Smart Construction Site Demonstration Project selection. The two EPC general contracting projects of Southeast Grid - the relocation project of Tonglu County First People's Hospital (County 120 Emergency Command Center) and the relocation project of Lin'an District People's Hospital and Maternal and Child Health Hospital (Phase I) - have won the 2021 Zhejiang Province Smart Construction Site Demonstration Project.

Introduction to Smart Construction Site by Personnel from the Project Department of Tonglu County First People's Hospital

The selection of demonstration projects for smart construction sites is an activity organized by the Zhejiang Construction Industry Association to implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Eighth Plenary Session of the 14th Provincial Party Committee, deepen the high-quality development of the construction industry, further improve the quality and safety management level of construction projects, accelerate the construction of "smart construction sites" in our province, enhance the application level of smart construction sites, lead enterprise technological innovation and digital transformation, and promote the reform of construction methods.
The relocation project of Tonglu County First People's Hospital (County 120 Emergency Command Center) and the relocation project of Lin'an District People's Hospital and Maternal and Child Health Hospital (Phase I), which were evaluated for the Southeast Grid, are representative projects undertaken by the company after its transformation into a general contractor, and are also landmark projects and livelihood projects in the local area. The Southeast Grid utilizes intelligent management and green construction to ensure the safety, efficiency, first-class quality, and integrity of engineering construction.

The Lin'an District People's Hospital and Maternal and Child Health Hospital Relocation Project (hereinafter referred to as the Lin'an Hospital Project) is located on the south side of the old urban area of Lin'an, in the Jinnan New City block. The total planned land area of the project is 141784.9 square meters, with a planned total construction area of 303443.7 square meters (including 105424.7 square meters underground), divided into two phases of construction. The scope of this project is the first phase, with a proposed construction area of 279443.7 square meters (including 105424.7 square meters underground), and a scale of 1500 beds for the hospital (including 1200 beds for the People's Hospital and 300 beds for the Maternal and Child Health Hospital). The project is planned to be constructed as a comprehensive tertiary hospital.

The relocation project of the First People's Hospital of Tonglu County (120 Emergency Command Center) is located in the planned core area of the future city in Tonglu County. This project is designed with 1100 beds and a total planned construction area of 201929.39 square meters, including 138983.79 square meters of above ground construction, including 125597.37 square meters of medical comprehensive building, 7215.32 square meters of administrative building, 5523.93 square meters of infection building, 421.11 square meters of hyperbaric oxygen chamber, 123.51 square meters of sewage treatment station management room, and 102.55 square meters of other rooms. The medical comprehensive building includes inpatient building and outpatient medical technology building, with an underground construction area of 62945.6 square meters.
