According to Hainan Daily, the seventh session of the 15th People's Congress of Lingao County, Hainan was held on March 7th. It was learned at the meeting that Lingao plans to invest 800 million yuan to launch the construction of the "Five Networks" infrastructure and comprehensive service center in the Golden Port Park, and plan supporting projects such as commercial complexes, talent rental apartment buildings, and port and dock infrastructure. The goal is to build the Golden Port Park into a new type of construction industry gathering area and achieve the full industry chain of research and development, design, manufacturing, training, exhibition, and trading.

It is reported that the Gold Medal Port Park is located on the Ma Niao Peninsula in Lingao County, Hainan Province, surrounded by the sea on three sides, between Haikou City and Yangpu Economic Development Zone. It consists of two clusters in the east and west, with a planned area of 40 square kilometers. After the national rectification of various development zones, the development scale of 10 square kilometers will be retained. It is one of the top ten key parks of Hainan Free Trade Port.

In addition, the meeting also made it clear that Lingao would adhere to the concept of "project as the king", step up the planning of key construction projects, and strive to achieve a total fixed assets investment of 4.25 billion yuan. The county has launched and implemented a number of major projects and projects in key areas such as "International Slow City", urban renewal, "International Design Coast", "Five Networks" infrastructure, new infrastructure, and people's livelihood construction, and accelerated the construction of projects such as the South China Sea Fisheries Supply Center and Ningneng Biomass Power Generation.
