Longqing Southeast is a rising star in the industry standing on the shoulders of giants. It was jointly established by Zhejiang Southeast Grid Co., Ltd., a leading steel structure listed company, and Harbin Longqing Steel Structure Color Plate Co., Ltd. in Hainan.

Among them, Southeast Grid was founded in 1984, adhering to the strategic positioning of "high, precision, cutting-edge, and difficult" and the innovative concept of "research and application". It is the only "Prefabricated Steel Structure Residential Low Carbon Technology Innovation and Industrialization Demonstration Base" awarded by the National Development and Reform Commission (and supported by 24 million yuan of national industrial funds) and one of the first "National Prefabricated Building Industry Bases" by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development.

On the basis of deeply cultivating the prefabricated steel structure industry, the industrial transformation has undergone three steps of leapfrog upgrading, from steel structure professional subcontracting to construction general contracting, then to EPC engineering general contractor, and finally to transform into a PPP investment operator, committed to the PPP development of happy industries such as schools, hospitals, and venues, achieving a three-step leap.

Across the country, we have constructed the national major scientific facility "China Eye", which is 30 years ahead of the world. It is a 700 meter underground neutrino detector that captures dark matter; The world's largest centrifuge supergravity experiment (CHIEF) reaches 1900g · t (gravitational acceleration * ton); Water Cube, Beijing Capital Airport/Daxing Airport, Guangzhou TV Tower (Little Man Waist), all venues of Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center, as well as about 40% of airport terminals, high-speed railway stations, exhibition centers, and sports venues in China, with over 150 super high-rise buildings over 200 meters in height.

In Hainan, some of the projects undertaken include Haikou Meilan Airport, Sanya Phoenix Airport, Sanya Haitang Bay Duty Free City, Haikou Center, Peking University Affiliated Haikou Middle School, Haikou New Harbor, Haikou International Duty Free City, Sanya Poly C+International Expo Center, Huacai Haikou Bay Plaza and other key projects.
