The Group Audit and Supervision Department, as an independent supervisory body, is responsible for maintaining the company's anti fraud channels and investigating cases.

Reporting Confidentiality

Strict confidentiality of whistleblower information is the most fundamental principle of integrity management. Without the consent of the whistleblower, we will never disclose personal information such as the whistleblower's name, workplace, home address, or the content of the report in any way.

Reporting scope

n the process of participating in group business cooperation, if employees engage in behaviors that violate the prohibition of employee integrity, such as taking cards, requesting kickbacks, or manipulating bidding, please contact the Audit and Supervision Department in a timely manner and provide corresponding information for follow-up and handling. Other complaints can be resolved through the customer service hotline on the Zhongjun official website.

Reporting responsibility

You shall be responsible for the authenticity and objectivity of the reported content, and shall not fabricate facts, fabricate false evidence, or falsely accuse or frame others. If you falsely accuse or frame others through the report, you will be dealt with seriously and may even be held legally responsible.

Real name reports shall be given priority for acceptance and the results of processing shall be reported first. The Audit and Supervision Department shall strictly keep confidential the information of the whistleblower. Without the consent of the whistleblower, personal information such as the whistleblower's name, workplace, and home address, as well as the content of the report, shall not be disclosed in any way. Once the reported content is verified, cash and material rewards will be given to the informant based on the nature of the incident, the degree of impact, and the cooperation of the informant.

Integrity and professional norms

1.     It is prohibited to use the influence of power and position to seek personal gain or improper benefits. The following behaviors are prohibited:

1.1     In the process of employment, collect or request gifts, cash gifts, or securities from relevant business units or individuals (if it is truly impossible to refuse, follow the company's "Cash Gift Management Operation Guidelines");

1.2     In the process of employment, taking advantage of one's position to collect or demand kickbacks, benefits, intermediary fees, etc., or engaging in intermediary activities for personal gain;

1.3     To reimburse various expenses that should be paid by individuals to relevant business units;

1.4     Accepting activities such as banquets, leisure, entertainment, fitness, tourism, and field trips that may affect the fair performance of official duties;

1.5     Credit owed to relevant business units for goods;

1.6     Purchase goods and other services from relevant business units or individuals at significantly lower market prices, or sell various items such as houses and cars to relevant business units or individuals at significantly higher market prices;

1.7     Take possession of the samples gifted by the supplier;

1.8     Other behaviors that utilize the influence of power and position to seek personal gain or improper benefits.

2.     It is prohibited to violate the company's relevant rules and regulations, use public goods for personal gain, or turn public goods into personal gain. The following behaviors are prohibited:

2.1     Illegal possession of company property and misappropriation of company funds;

2.2     Borrowing and reimbursing personal expenses in violation of financial regulations;

2.3     Using company funds for reception, leisure, and entertainment activities unrelated to the company's business;

2.4     Violating company regulations or selling company products at a low price without the company's consent;

2.5     Engaging in personal profit-making activities using company trade secrets, or disclosing or providing them to others/other units;

2.6     Other behaviors that violate the company's relevant rules and regulations, using public funds for personal gain, or turning public funds into personal gain.

3.     It is prohibited to use the influence of power and position to seek benefits for relatives and specific related parties. The following behaviors are prohibited:

3.1     Violating the company's regulations on declaration and avoidance, requiring or instructing the company or relevant business units to recruit or promote relatives and specific related persons;

3.2     Misappropriation of company property, possession and use by relatives and specific related parties;

3.3     Taking advantage of one's position, seeking benefits for others, and receiving property from others by relatives and specific related parties;

3.4     Violating the company's regulations on declaration and avoidance, introducing or introducing relatives and specific related parties to participate in the company's business;

3.5     Tacitly approving, condoning, and instructing relatives and specific related parties to seek personal gain in their own name;

3.6     Other behaviors that utilize the influence of power and position to seek benefits for relatives and specific related parties.

4.     Avoid conflict of interest

4.1     Employees should honestly fulfill their duties and avoid behaviors or relationships that may conflict with the company's interests and job responsibilities:

4.2     Employees are not allowed to work in other companies or institutions without the company's approval, and are not allowed to concurrently work outside for remuneration;

4.3     Employees whose activities, financial interests, or relationships outside the company may conflict with the company's interests must report in writing to the human resources management department;

4.4     Employees can recommend suppliers or customers to the company based on their business needs, but cannot recommend suppliers or customers that benefit their own economy or harm the company;

4.5     The company adheres to the recruitment principle of selecting talents and avoiding relatives. If employees recommend relatives to apply, they must declare in advance; Employees who already have family relationships should avoid positions related to business.
