Recently, Zhejiang Southeast Grid Co., Ltd. has received good news that it has successfully won the bid for the Talent Special Rental Housing Project in Qiantang New Area, Hangzhou, achieving another breakthrough in Southeast Grid Prefabricated Steel Structure Residential.

The Qiantang New Area Talent Special Rental Housing Project is located in the Qiantang New Area of Hangzhou City. It extends from the longitudinal branch road around the planned Qiantang commercial area in the east, to the transverse branch road around the planned Qiantang commercial area in the south, to Meilin Avenue in the west, and to another talent special rental housing project in the north, surrounded by new high-tech industrial parks. The project consists of two high-rise residential buildings and supporting service areas, with a variety of layouts including three bedroom and two living room, two bedroom and two living room, and one bedroom and two living room, totaling 272 residential units.
The total land area of this project is 11980 square meters, with a total construction area of 41515.23 square meters. It consists of 4 individual buildings and 1 basement, namely: 1 # residential building, 2 # residential building, supporting service center, and switch house. Among them, the residential buildings 1 # and 2 # in this project are prefabricated steel structure buildings, with a structural form of truss type multi cavity steel plate composite shear wall structure system.

  

This project is another key prefabricated steel structure residential project of Southeast Grid, following the Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City Talent Special Housing and Hangzhou Zhuantang Guarantee Housing. The implementation of this project will better address the housing difficulties faced by new residents, young people, and other groups in Qiantang New Area, meet the diverse housing needs of talents entering Hangzhou, and create a social environment that respects talents.
