In the golden autumn and sunny days, the construction site of Lin'an Hospital project recently welcomed a moment of special significance: a large red banner fluttered at the top of the capped building, accompanied by the lifting of the tower crane. With the joint witness of the owner, supervisor and construction unit, the final concrete pouring was completed, marking the glorious topping out of the No.1 inpatient building of Lin'an District People's Hospital project.

The first phase of the relocation project of Lin'an District People's Hospital and Maternal and Child Health Hospital, undertaken by Southeast Grid Construction, has been under general contracting since March 5, 2020. With a focus on completing the project and overcoming difficulties, all infrastructure work has progressed smoothly. The project management is standardized and the construction quality is excellent. It has been listed as a key project at the provincial, municipal, and district levels, and the project construction is accelerating at a southeast pace.

The total planned land area of the Lin'an District People's Hospital project is 141784.9 square meters, with a planned total construction area of 303443.7 square meters (including 105424.7 square meters underground), divided into two phases of construction. The scope of this project is the first phase, with a total construction area of 282768.89 square meters (including 105424.7 square meters underground) and a total investment of 1.892 billion yuan. The hospital has a bed construction scale of 1500 beds (including 1200 beds in the People's Hospital and 300 beds in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital), which is a livelihood project in Lin'an District and the first large-scale medical housing construction project in Lin'an to be built according to the standards of a tertiary hospital. Above ground level, a steel structure system is adopted, and a large number of standardized profiles (factory customized) are used for easy quality and progress control.
